Memory Bears by Susan make wonderful and thoughtful gifts for family and friends. Memory Bears by Susan are made from a deceased loved ones article of clothing. Most any type of clothing can be suitable to making the perfect memory bear for you. Common articles of clothing include: shirts, dresses, blankets, uniforms, sweatshirts, t-shirts, lightweight jackets, blouses, pants, suits, nightgowns and bathrobes. Please NO VELVET, thank you. If you would have questions about another type of clothing you would like to use, feel free to ask, and I will work hard to accommodate your needs.

Memory Bears by Susan are the perfect memorial keepsake to remember those who have passed away. These cuddly and soft friends are designed to be admired, hugged and displayed to keep your loved one close to your heart. Memory Bears by Susan are made with safety eyes and noses so they are suitable for a bereavement gift for an older child, however they are not intended to be toys.

The size of a Memory Bear depends on size of the garment and fabric available. Memory Bears can be made from more than one garment for a cute "patchwork" bear. There is an additional $10 charge per bear if the fabric is very sheer or see-through, or stretchy, and needs to be lined. Please launder garments before mailing them to me, thank you. ALSO - PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO THE INHERENT NATURE OF WHAT I DO, SOMETIMES THERE ARE STAINS/FLAWS WITHIN A GARMENT WHICH MAY APPEAR ON YOUR MEMORY BEAR. I do my best to work around them, but occasionally fabric flaws/stains may be on the bear.
